Contractors Invited to Submit Demolition, Salvage, or Relocation Plans as YMCA Expansion Moves Forward
Atlantic, Iowa ─ The Nishna Valley Family YMCA is inviting qualified demolition, salvage, and relocation contractors to submit proposals for four residential properties located at 1000, 1004, 1006, and 1008 Maple Street in Atlantic as part of the YMCA’s planned expansion.
The project involves clearing the properties and associated garages and outbuildings to prepare the site for future development. Contractors may submit proposals for one or more properties, allowing the YMCA to consider different approaches for each home.
