It's not all about workouts! Y360 has something for everyone. In addition to fitness classes, you can also find dance videos, S.T.E.M., swimming instruction, cooking and nutrition videos and recipes, to name a few.

Y360 can be accessed via your mobile phone, laptop/computer, and at the Y!

 Use the camera app on your phone to have access to Y360 anytime, anywhere!
(Just bring the QR code into view of the camera and a window guiding you to download Y360 should appear.
