Building and Off-Site Rentals

The YMCA is a great place to bring any group, large or small. Host your birthday party, youth group, girl/boy scouts, church groups or whatever you want! Learn more about party packages and other rental options below.

• All rates listed are for 25 participants (unless otherwise stated). $3 for each additional participant.

• Parties may bring in food and/or beverages. No food or beverages are included in the packages.

• It is recommended to schedule a MINIMUM of 10 days in advance.

• No reservations will be taken less than 72 hours before.

• A full list of guidelines is included in the Rentals Contract during registration.

• $100 deposit due at time of reservation. Refundabable if facility is clean and damage free. ALL rentals must be paid in full to be confirmed. 

Facilities & Rentals

Are you looking for more great ideas for your child’s birthday party, or an activity for a group of people? Your Nishna Valley Family YMCA has a variety of spaces to keep kids, families and even adults active for hours!

• Event/Conference Room: Need a private space to hang out? Rent a room at the YMCA to host your youth group, church group, Girl or Boy Scouts, and more! Room include tables and chairs, whiteboard and T.V. if needed. For groups of up to 14 for up to 2 hours. $50 members / $75 non-members

• Queenax Gym: Great for company Group X fitness via YMCA360 as well as teambuilding challenges. Up to 15 participants   $50 members / $75non-members

• Back Gym/Playland: Kids (ages 1-11)will have a blast on the equipment in our Playland as they slide, crawl, climb, and jump through the maze. They can also tumble on mats, ride trikes, scooters and push cars.  $75 members / $100 non-members

• Splashtacular Birthday Party: Come splash, swim, and play in our Aquatic Center! Have a blast in our zero-depth area and check out the slide and water features! Always a lifeguard on duty. Package includes one hour in the Aquatic Center and one hour in the Back Gym. The first hour MUST take place in the pool.$100 members / $150 non-members

• Gym Mania: Archery tag, Dodgeball, Gym Play. Let us help guide your party and entertain the kids for 1 hour! You will get the gym for 1 additional hour unstaffed. The first hour is staffed and depends on availability. $75 members / $100 non-members

• Roller Skating: For beginning skaters/younger youth. Skate walkers and skates provided.You may bring your own music as long as it is within YMCA guidelines.$100 members / $140 non-members

• Bounce House: We have 5 bounce houses to choose from! Let them run, jump, bounce and play!! One Bounce House $130 members / $170 non-members---Two Bounce Houses $170 members / $210 non-members---Three Bounce Houses $210members / $250 non-members.

• Nerf War: Imagine an all out nerf war with 1000 rounds of ammo, bunkers to hide behind and 12 guns! Staff will set up bunkers and stage guns/ammo. $100 members/$140 non-members

• Laser Tag: Fully staffed complete Laser Tag experience!! Fun for all ages and up to 18 players at one time. $250 members/$290 non-members

All parties include 2 hours of gym usage UNLESS otherwise stated. It also includes use of Playland, the kitchen as well as tables and chairs. Parties are responsible for cleanup and removal of their own trash.
